Elizabeth Taylor Visits Cine

While working the 2013 Emmy nominations red carpet, Cine Mata suffered a near-death experience, rendering her in a state of suspended shock for approximately 20 minutes.
Here, in her own words, Cine shares this life-altering moment :
"My dears! It's too tragic! Not only did Cine miss chatting with the Game of Thrones crowd, but I was forced to endure a return to consciousness in - quelle dismay - a third-rate cloak room! Yet, my traumatic event culminated in a rare glimpse across the spectral vale, so to speak. Yes! Miss Elizabeth Taylor came to me - ME, Cine! - to give me a message.
"'Cine '", she said, "I want you to go forth and spread the word!'"
" ' What a faboo tiara --- ' "
Miss Taylor's Tiffany diamond tiara glittered ominously, " ' This cheap trinket? - focus, Cine! The word - Glamour! Class! Sparkle! - Where are the stars of Hollywood Past? ' "
" ' But, Liz - I mean Miss Taylor - We have TMC and AMC, not to mention countless vintage Hollywood blogs---' "
" ' Blogs?! Old movie channels??! ' " Miss Taylor's violet eyes glazed over with an air of finality, " ' You shall go forth into the land of the red carpet, the award shows - to the very feet of Oscar himself - and bring my message - no our message from the very Heavens of Hollywood - - - ' "
"Before she could speak another word, I regained consciousness - as if by a miracle!! Even though she left me, I know what my task is - her message couldn't have been any clearer! I must make contact with those glorious stars from the past, and --- Oh wait! Is that Helen Mirren?"
Sigh...Who knows where this shall lead? Ms. Mata remains in retreat, reflecting upon her new- found mission. The only word I - as Cine's personal assistant - can say is, she has instructed me to create, "CineMata's Movie Madness".
And here it is - complete with film, TV/cable reviews and articles, blistering commentaries, faux interviews and finally - CineMata's personal recommendations for your viewing pleasure!
